Malina Ngai is the Group Chief Executive Officer of AS Watson, a Hong Kong-based international health & beauty retail company with an annual revenue of US$26 billion and a vast network of 17,000 offline and online stores across 31 markets in Asia, Europe and the Middle East. AS Watson ranks No.14 on the 2026 NRF Top 50 Global Retailers List, and top ranked global health and beauty retailer.
She joined CK Hutchison, the parent company of AS Watson in 2000. She started her career in corporate communications and later expanded to lead international teams in buying, technology, big data, customer and digital strategy as well sustainability. She became Group COO in 2013, CEO of AS Watson Asia & Europe in 2019. She was promoted to Group CEO in May 2024. She is named one of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women 2026.
She is a sports-minded leader. She won a bronze medal in the Asian Games in rowing for Hong Kong and is keeping the athlete mindset in everyday life, promoting self-leadership and teamwork.
Beyond her professional achievements, she is actively involved in community services, serving on various government committees, and holding advisory positions in sports associations, promoting inclusive sports opportunities, and supporting athletes of all abilities.
