Stephen CHEUNG

Professor Cheung was President of The Education University of Hong Kong from 2013 to 2023. He was Dean and Chair Professor of Finance at the Business School of Hong Kong Baptist University.  

He is Vice-Chairman of CMB Wing Lung Bank.
 
Cheung is Chairman of the Transport Advisory Committee. He was a member of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, the Chairman of the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund Task Force, the Hong Kong Committee for Pacific Economic Cooperation, the Consultation Panel of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority and was also Member of the Commission on Poverty, the Exchange Fund Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and Part-time Member of the Central Policy Unit.
