Stephen CHAN

Graduated in 1981 from Hong Kong University, Mr Chan joined the Administrative Service of the Hong Kong Government. He has served in various policy bureaus and departments, including the regulatory body of the broadcasting industry. In 1994, he later joined the largest television network of Hong Kong, Television Broadcasts Limited and was its General Manager when he left in 2012 to join Commercial Radio. Apart from being the Chief Advisor of Commercial Radio, Mr Chan undertakes media and PR consultancy work. He is also a current affairs commentator and performing artist. He started his YouTube channel in 2020. Mr. Chan has been the driving force of many highly acclaimed television and radio programs and documentaries.
