Jennifer STOUT

Deputy Director, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

Jennifer STOUT serves as a deputy director on the Collaborative Philanthropy team. 

She currently leads the effort to create a marketplace of aggregated philanthropic capital funds that can facilitate major gifts to social causes.

Since joining the foundation in 2010, Jennifer has supported the launch and development of the Giving Pledge as well as the foundation’s efforts to encourage philanthropy in China and India. 

Prior to her tenure at the foundation, she served as a senior consultant with the management consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton and as an analyst with Pfizer’s Strategic Investments Group. 

Jennifer holds a Master’s degree from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.
