Innocent MUTANGA

Innocent Mutanga is dedicated to rebranding blackness and sharing an African perspective, particularly black consciousness in Asia. 

In 2019, he launched the Africa Center Hong Kong, a social enterprise that has gained significant traction since its inception. 

With over 700 programs conducted annually and impacting approximately 1,000 people in a given week, the Africa Center Hong Kong offers a diverse range of cultural exchange initiatives, including programs focused on food, arts, literature, and more. 

The center actively works with educational institutions, corporations, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and individuals who are committed to fostering positive social impact in areas such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), social innovation, experiential learning, and cultural exchange.
