Director of Public Policy and Youth Engagement, Pijar Foundation

Cazadira is a public policy and international relations strategist with experience spanning across consulting, non-profits, and academia. She graduated with Distinction and Best Dissertation from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), UK, and is the Valedictorian from Universitas Indonesia.

Currently, she is the Director of Public Policy and Youth Engagement at Pijar Foundation, a futurist-philanthropy. She built a high-performing team of 10 youths delivering impactful content, forums, and programs for ‘collaborative governance,’ bridging public, private, and community sectors.

Cazadira was among McKinsey & Co.’s 60 Young Leaders for Indonesia (2015) and led 30+ youth volunteers in 10+ countries under an education movement (2019). An avid writer, Cazadira has published 4 books and 10 op-eds in reputable outlets. She guest lectures at universities on futures thinking, climate change, and public policy careers.
