Lawrence Tsang is the Chief Executive Officer of The D. H. Chen Foundation, a Hong Kong family philanthropic trust that aspires to build a compassionate society through a diverse range of programme support and active initiatives. With over 35 years of corporate experience spanning multiple industries worldwide, he is dedicated to advancing the Foundation’s philanthropic mission through innovative, forward-thinking strategies, all while upholding the Foundation’s values of compassion in action.
Before joining the Foundation, he co-founded Dream2Story, a nonprofit organisation committed to empowering under-resourced youth in Hong Kong to find a career path that enables them to achieve their own definition of success. Prior to that, he took leadership in shaping socially responsible strategies, driving global ESG initiatives, and integrating social benefit into mainstream business practices for various organisations.
