Yvette KONG

Yvette Kong is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Arelyx, a human capacity intelligence company helping individuals and institutions build the inner capacities needed to thrive in an age of accelerating change.

A former Olympic swimmer who represented Hong Kong, was McKinsey Consultant and MIT Lecturer on Social Innovation, she works at the intersection of education, psychology, performance, technology, and social innovation. She is a founding board member of Mind Hong Kong and a member of Lululemon’s Global Advisory Board for Mental Wellbeing.

Her work explores how discipline, resilience, and purpose cultivated through sport can be translated into leadership, social impact, and the development of future changemakers.
