Winfield NGO

Winfield Ngo pivoted his path as an active youth in the JC "21C Innoteen Power" programme, where he cultivated a deep commitment to community development and cross-sector collaboration. His experience with initiatives like the “Life and Death Education Experiential Workshop” and an overseas volunteer mission in Tokushima culminated in the launch of "K-Town Yorozuya", a project co-founded with peers and social workers at the Jockey Club Western District Integrated Social Service Centre. The project embodies his belief in the notion of “Youth-Adult Co-creation”, empowering young people to leverage their unique strengths to address neighbourhood needs and foster local community cohesion.
