Vyshnavi Desiraju is a medical doctor, social entrepreneur, and systems builder working across youth resilience, mental-health systems, and preventive medicine.
She is the Founder and Executive Director of BEING.LAGOM, where she develops trauma-informed, peer-led mental-health ecosystems for medical students, young clinicians, and crisis-affected communities across India and Southeast Asia. Her work spans rapid-response interventions, suicide-prevention training, creative group-healing models, and culturally grounded peer support.
She also serves as Medical Consultant at Detalytics, a Singapore-based MedTech company advancing AI-driven preventive health through wearable biomarkers and personalised health data.
Across her work, she focuses on turning care into scalable systems—building practical, locally rooted models that help young people and healthcare workers recover, grow, and thrive. Her work asks how medicine, technology, philanthropy, and community leadership can converge to build systems of care before crisis becomes the point of intervention.
