Steven Chan is the founder and CEO of Goodnotes, one of the world's most popular digital note-taking apps. Goodnotes has won Apple's 2022 “iPad App of the Year award” and was named a “Google Play Best of 2025” winner. A Hong Kong native, he founded Goodnotes in 2011. Today, Goodnotes serves over 25 million active users worldwide and employs more than 300 people across more than 30 countries. Under his leadership, the company is now pioneering the use of AI to reimagine how people work and study.
