About

Jin Jinping was born in Ningbo, Zhejiang, and holds a PhD in Law. She completed her bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees at Peking University, and was a post-doctoral fellow at the Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Science.

She currently is an Associate Professor and PhD Supervisor at Peking University Law School. She also serves as the Director of the Research Center for Non-profit Organization Law and the Deputy Director of the Institute of Labor Law and Social Security Act at Peking University.

Beyond her academic roles, she holds several positions in public welfare and social governance, including the Vice President of the Charity Branch of the China Social Security Association and a member of the Aging Society 30 Forum, Vice Chairman of the China Foundation for Rural Development, Vice Chairman of the Chinese Red Cross Foundation, Executive Director of the China Association for the Study of Disabled Persons' Causes, Director of the China Society of Social Law, Member of the Expert Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and Member of the Third National Expert Committee on Grassroots Political Power Construction and Social Governance.
