Siu Ching-hei started his journey of being a Social Worker and serving youths in 2016. He joined Hong Kong Young Women’s Christian Association in December 2023 under the 21C@JC program, and started exploring new grounds in youth service with the "Youth-Adult Partnership" framework.
"K-Town Yorozuya" was co-created by him and youths, to let young people actualise their skills and talents, while helping the neighbourhood overcome daily hurdles, strengthening community connection and building mutual support relationships.
