Grace CHENG

Grace Cheng is the Founder and CEO of Agewhale. Inspired by her personal caregiving journey, she founded Agewhale to empower families to navigate the complexities of elder care. Recognized as a “Top Innovator”’ by the World Economic Forum’s Uplink platform, she launched a pilot program for 20 leading employers to bring caregiver support into the workplace. Her TEDx talk was featured as a Global Editor’s Pick. Her leadership earned her the 2025 Prestige Women of Power and 2026 AmCham Young Change Maker award. She previously served as General Manager of the Fair Employment Agency, where she improved standards for domestic worker recruitment.
